Customer Service Representative

Sunnyside Veterinary Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic individual who loves animals and is passionate about customer service. Imagine being the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with their beloved pets and offering warmth during tough times. WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

With both full- and part-time shifts available, you could work Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or any combination of those hours.

Our Customer Service Representative is the friendly face at the front desk who warmly greets clients and their pets. You check patients in and out, update their records, and answer phone calls. As patients come in, you triage pets and ensure urgent cases are seen promptly. You mesh well with our collaborative team, ensuring that our animal hospital runs smoothly and efficiently!
